For the artwork for Waterbodies, Maurice delved into the world of baroque pearls (pearls with irregular, non-spherical, and unique shapes) and shells exploring their relationship to liquid textures, and creating imagined landscapes. Photographed at a macro scale she transformed these natural forms into surreal aquatic environments.The resulting imagery reflects the album’s themes of fluidity, movement, and momentum, creating a visual world where geological, biological, and water merges.
