For the artwork for Waterbodies, Maurice delved into a world of baroque pearls (pearls with irregular, non-spherical, and unique shapes)and exploring their relationship to liquid textures. Photographed at a macro scale she transformed these natural forms into surreal landscapes.The resulting imagery reflects the album’s themes of fluidity, movement, and momentum, creating a visual world where geological and the biological merge.
